Looking at ramping up my routines and toning up further post covid. I have quite a few routines that require either no equipment or some weights. If no weights, we can substitute using food cans. Really genuine here looking for guys reasonably in shape, to create a good cohesive regular group.hoping this strikes a chord with others

I teach yoga, attempted to run a nude class on line here but no takers - good luck
Had you done yoga classes online before? Was going to start up stuff with my real life class this fall but life shifted and got busy. I think it helps if you have class audience you can bring online. Get Naked Australia and other did pull it off
