So I used to be impressed with my dude in my younger days but it's got smaller with age for sure

I agree, mine has gotten smaller with age and some weight gain.

After an op I was given a pump by my doctor to stop shrinkage, maybe it will work for you too

Unfortunately it goes for me too. The doctor says it is because my nessesary medication, so I have to live with it.
