I generally go to praia grande near armao de pra. I may travel further north when I visit in September and visit the beaches you mention.

Praia 19 at the south end of Caparica is sparse but pleasant. You can take the beach train from the main beach, or if you take the ferry from Lisbon you can take the bus to Fonte da Telha (cheaper but slow) and walk a couple blocks north.
