I think the only one in the Southeast is New Orleans, June 11. There is no listing for one in Atlanta or Orlando, or anywhere in Florida for that matter. I wish there was. They tried to organize one in Miami a few years ago, but no cooperation from the authorities. Seems like Key West might be someplace that could pull it off but I think it is the state that blocks it. I would think that a town that accepts people wearing nothing but thongs or jocks as they do for Fantasy Fest would not have a problem with hosting a WNBR.

I wasn't implying that thongs would be required for the ride.
I meant that if a city allows anyone to be wearing that little anywhere for an occasion, it might be open to allowing full nudity for a more limited event.

From what I understand, Key West is cracking down on Fantasy Fest. I doubt that authorities there would be receptive to anyone trying to organize a public ride featuring full nudity, unfortunately.
