Not much you can do about it. Just wear appropriate attire, even below the waist. If they are constantly calling at any moment, then, as the saying goes, you're SOL. At least you can get naked as soon as the work day ends.

One acquaintance of mine says he just keeps the camera pointed at his face and if they see enough of his shoulders and upper chest to notice that he isn't wearing a shirt, he doesn't care.

My camera wasn't working for a while. I was happy to leave it that way, but a helpful colleague fixed it by updating a driver.
