RE: $500. tax on nudismWouldn't pay as nudity not an offence at present. If it would be, I would fight the new law rather than submit to it.

RE: $500. tax on nudismNope!!! I would not pay!! I own a farm and go about my property anytime I want bare. I go to some wonderful places and go nude. And if a privacy fence is required it should be used. I am a nudist and like enjoying nude recreation in the right places. I am not an exibitionist.

Post #14Cheri_DonnaUltra NudistDoing what I can to positively promote nudism. www.travelites.info RE: $500. tax on nudismwe have a 7-foot privacy fence around our immediate backyard. The front yard cannot generally be seen from the public right of way and the back including 4 acres of woods - no one can view.
There are other things I would pay that amount for but my property tax would cover the $500

In Oregon the way I understand it you can protest nude in public and it is legal, I do not know if a permit is required to do this.

SF NudeNude Not Lewd. I was there this past weekend and saw a few guys on Castro. SF can't keep up with the naked folks during the festivals.
So Just enjoy the freedom of it. Now that the weather is warmer ... I'll be there
