Never enjoyed running; but do enjoy walking/hiking

I would very much l like to try a nude overnight backpack trip.

It would have to be carefully planned because I would want to not take any clothing with me so there would be no possibility of getting dressed. Perhaps hike to a river or lake. Play in and around the water. Spend the night. Play all day. Hike home.

Short of that, would also enjoy day trips. But again, bring no clothing.

I always carry some sort of clothing even if its only a pair of running shorts. Im backpacking my camping gear anyhow so its no trouble. Last year I paddled my kayak a couple miles across a lake to a trail. When I got out of the water the shorts came off. I hid my kayak in the woods and hiked 2 or 3 miles in to a hidden campsite near a river that runs back down to the lake. Stayed there naked for a couple days then hiked back. That trip was epic.

I do like the idea of not having any clothes though. Im just afraid of running into some crazed textiles in the woods or on the trail.

MIght work better after you move to Oregon.

I'm moving to Oregon where there is no state-wide anti-nudity law and nudity is very socially acceptable. There is tons of national forest in Oregon. Even if you did meet up with a textile way out in the middle of no where in national forest in Oregon, and even if they complained, nothing would happen.

The goal/dream is to hike directly from my house. Step out the door nude and walk right into national forest. Hike off trail -- which is legal in national forest -- which would almost entirely eliminate the possibility of encountering anyone -- much less a textile. Hoping I'll find a place with a lake or river/stream close enough to hike to.

The dream is to not have any clothing with me -- not be able to get dressed.

In deed.MIght work better after you move to Oregon.Missouri does have national forest, but it is mostly patrolled by local law enforcement -- and they enforce local laws.

Better to wait until I get to Oregon.

You could probably get by with using a towel for cover.

A towel would probably workYou could probably get by with using a towel for cover.however, I'm hoping that with some research and planning, no towel will be necessary -- for covering up.
