Thailand is opening up. How about Philippines?

Thailand is opening up further from 1 May 2022. All Covid-19 testing won't be required.

How about the Philippines? Nothing much heard and no updates.

Been wanting to visit Palawan. I heard and I read somewhere, Palawan is a beautiful island and discreet outdoor naturism is possible. Would like to know more and in particular, how to get there.
