I agree with you Desertrat, there is just one thing you forgot to mention and that is to flag the offending message.

just because you dont like what someone says dosnt give you the right to flag them.
I am not American so may I say that if something is said here on this site, you are free to say it BUT if it breaks the site rules I am and will flag it! One has nothing to do with the other.
Let decency rule here please not the ability to say something offensive just because you can.
