Saline Injected Scrotum?
I was perusing the media section in this group and there is one with a couple of gentlemen with what appear to be enlarged scrotums. In the comments someone mentions "saline injection". Can anyone here shed some light on this? I've never heard of this. Is it safe? Who does it, plastic surgeon, tattoo parlor, self?
Without some research my first guess is the injection of medical grade saline into the scrotum to temporarily increase the size. I'm thinking it would be the same idea as a subcutaneous saline inject sometimes done to pets who are dehydrated. Eventually the saline is absorbed by the body.
