Certification Delay Query
I'm new to the site and there seems to be a delay with my certification. Hoping someone can offer advice or insight.
I submitted the required images about 10 days ago. After waiting 5 days and receiving no response I did submit a help ticket. Its been 5 days again and no response to the Help ticket. It still shows as unread. My certification shows as pending and there doesnt seem to be a way to just resubmit and try again. Is there a backlog with certification? Do I just wait? Thanks very much!

The site owners are not here 24/7 and sometimes things can take a few weeks to be sorted.

You'll find that there are several good people on this site despite that it's outdated and the management is customer hostile.

Exactly the same situation for me. Been waiting 13 days now to be certified. Doesnt give me much confidence in this site as the page says it can take up to 48 hours for certification to be sorted.!!!!!
