I rarely see them on slender or in shape guys.Almost every overweight guy has them as far as I can tell.No different than a gang over the belt belly I thought.Once when I was running my poke out nipples, one bled just a little from the shirt rubbing and then sticking. That sucked.
Easy solution for that, don't wear a shirt when you run!
I was self conscious of them as a boy growing up, I wasnt even a fat kid, quite the opposite lol. even my nipples still make me self conscious with how big they are:(
