New rules and requirements

You may want to reconsider this. My profile picture changes from time to time. Sometimes it me (sometimes with face, sometimes the backside as it is now), sometimes it's a naturist inspired cartoon, sometimes it's just a nature scene of the last place I went au-natural. Also keep in mind we the peon users are at the mercy of TN and have no way of adjusting the picture to ensure our face is visible.
