Will anyone be on the beach tomorrow, 9/12? I'm hoping to hit the beach at around 10:30am.

Supposed to rain most of the day.
Hoping to go later in the week when the weather improves.

Forecast for today is better this morning than it was last night.
Still a 40% chance of showers most of the day, and greater chance late afternoon.
