September 2022 Trip to the Beach +28!

Who else could pass up a day at the beach in late September??

The temperature was a perfect +28 and not a cloud in the sky. The leaves were all turning a golden yellow and the cranes were calling on the sandbar.

Because of sand erosion the beach is way smaller this year and the burrs are terrible to step on.

There were several die-hards taking in the sun today.

Let's hope the river brings the sand back this winter.
