Hiking Season Wrapping Up
I might have time for one last hike before the 14th. That is when rifle season for deer and elk starts. I'm not willing to walk around the forest naked when it is full of Texans with guns. I had some good naked wanderings this year. Just last week, I hiked to the top of a 10,000-foot peak down in the San Juans; not tall, but it was steep. What did others do this summer?
