Australian morning TV - full frontal nude male?
Australia morning TV viewers were treated to some male nudity earlier this week, with an important message about skin cancer and a little 'advance notice' to the next Spencer Tunick creation (which will also support skin cancer awareness and funding).
Watch this and see if you can spot the full frontal male nudity: https://au.lifestyle.yahoo.com/today-hosts-shocked-by-accidental-nudity-live-on-air-nsfw-000118248.html
The hots reaction is funny and this is an important topic, but it is sad that this is such an issue. It does appear to be accidental, but it is jus a bare bum and a penis. These guys are trying to discuss an important topic and it will get lost in an accidental flash of a willy.
What a fuss over a nanosecond of nudity! If that had been filmed in many EU countries the whole thing would have been naked, and nobody would have been shocked and more importantly the real message from https://skincheckchampions.com/ would have been the real story and not the stupid reaction. Here in puritanical Queensland, I am surprised that the segment went to air on tv at all. Anastacia P and Steven Miles have probably insisted that somebody at Ch9 will now have to have counselling and nudity re-alignment therapy, paid for by the Tax payers of course.
My thoughts are the same!
The taboo created by Govt around nudity and the narrative used (and host reactions) by media here in QLD, and generally around the country, vilify and humiliate nudity, and overall embellish the non-acceptance. This in lieu of sensible discussion or better still an acceptance.
The hosts just added to the body shame our society has imposed upon us all . Even in the UK body nudity anywhere has been normal since 2003, with 60% of young Britains divulging their love of being nude in public, not to mention its acceptance in Europe almost everywhere. What has made our whole society here afraid of nudity ? I's just us...humans! There's only 2 kinds bodily, male and female. Why is there a shock reaction when there are only 2 choices? It's unfathomable.
The hosts of the program showed the kind of reaction that is too often presented. Why be shocked by a naked man who was there to promote skin cancer awareness? What did they see that was different from other times when the scene was similar though not necessarily in at TV studio? Those of us who expose our entire bodies to the sun needed to have our entire bodies examined. It is not a laughing matter and the jokes that follow an exposition like this do nothing to promote nudity as normal.
Along these same lines, even films that were produced to promote nudism, naturism, or the resorts and their facilities tend to follow the Hollywood example to keep the dreaded penis hidden behind crossed legs, well placed plants, and other things that obstruct the view.
