it is now ok to show under Boob, side boob and all the cleavage she can get. As long as the dreaded nipple is covered. So why don't I see women wearing just nipple covers and that is all. Pasties without the tassel. I agree its's silly to cover the nipples, but why not take advantage of what you can show?
I reckon that in many cases the females themselves are happy with the various forms of partial exposure but not more. It's less about which part so much as the total percentage.
Iit seems to be similar to female swimsuits that have a thong rear but compensate by having additional fabric around the waist line or are otherwise a high-coverage one- piece. They're comfortable with it since it's the fashion but they don't necessarily take it that further step.
