I have only owned 5 cars in my life time. The one that I wish I still had was my Mazda Miata . Bright red and of course ragtop. Fun to drive, even if horrible in snow. I also drove many miles while naked, some of those with the top down and in daylight through back country roads of NW Ohio and NE Indiana.
I learned to drive in my father's 1968 Plymouth Satellite . If I ever came across a restored one of those I would not mind at least taking a spin in for old time's sake.
The Mare Island Naval Credit Union loan officer sweet talked me into getting a big enough loan to purchase her 1974 Mustang II notchback, 2.8L German V-6, auto tranny, power windows and locks, AM/FM/cassette.
It could do 106mph at its 5500rpm redline. and I learned to do the famous Dukes of Hazzard bootleg turn in that car.
Don't judge me. :D

Only 5 cars in 40+ years?
Driving a Miata nude with the too down is a very daring thing to do.
My 1969 Chevy Impala SS I had in high school. I bought it from a guy in Kentucky back in 1981 for $500. It was all original and no rest at all and had plastic on the seats. God I miss that car, I should have never sold it to my friend when I joined the navy in 84. My friend the jerk totaled it one day. I could have killed him, but it was his car not mine.
