I can no longer sleep comfortably in any sort of restrictive clothing. Anything more than socks and a tee shirt will keep me awake, so I nap in the nude almost always.

I find it more difficult to sleep with a t shirt than shorts.
Of course, my first choice is neither.

I blink when I am nude, but I am not necessarily nude when I blink. Have to have something to think about even if it is mundane.
