flaccid I depend on the temperature. Sometimes it is an innie. Hard I run around 6"
not so much self-conscious about it as I was when I was younger.

I'm under 3 inches soft and I'm 6'4". I've loads of comments from women over the years. But I'm about 6 inches erect, used to be just under 7 inches in my 20s so I've lost nearly an inch with age.
