Favorite summertime nude grilling recipe

I was sitting here thinking of a new topic and remembered my weekend activity: grilling chicken in the backyard. The usual routine is to buy a 5 pound package of boneless chicken breasts at Sams Club about Thursday for my weekend cooking. The chicken is rinsed and placed in a 10 X 14 pan for marinating. Its usually whatever I find in the cabinets but generally ends up as a olive oil & balsamic vinegar base, McCormicks Montreal Chicken spices, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, lemon juice, Columbia seasoning, salt& pepper, garlic powder and diced onions. I will also add a little red wine to both the chicken & cook, sometimes liberally! I usually do a little hole poking in the chicken to both tenderize and work in the marinade. It sits in the fridge for 48 hours (covered) and is smoked / cooked on the grill at about 275F for an hour and center temp is 150 - 155F. Its then cut up in about 1/2 inch squares for serving in everything. So far, its received good ratings and makes for both good nude & beer time. Anybody want to share their routine?
