there were 3 of us who met at the trailhead at 9:30am. The weather was sunny and warm and after introducing each other, we stripped and started our hike. Although the weather was warm, the black flies were still pretty bad, so we turned around after a couple hours and headed back. We reached the trailhead parking lot about 2pm and decided to walk back to our cars naked. During the trip, we encountered about a dozen or so clothed hikers and all encounters were positive. While we were standing in the parking lot naked saying our goodbyes, a car had pulled in and the hiker exited the car naked. He was from Brattleboro and was also about to do a solo naked hike....gotta love Vermont. Hope to plan more naked hikes this summer and hope to have more participants.
