New Group!

I started this new group because many similar groups are either inactive, the moderator hasn't logged on for a long time, posts are irrelevant or spam, or just plain dead. I hope to revive some excitement. The profile pic was taken from a professional photo shoot. Its my favorite yoga pose, trikonasana in Sanskrit, triangle pose in English.

Sorry friend. I meant to respond to this. You got a great start with childs pose and YouTube videos. Yoga with Adrian is the most popular teacher to start with. Have fun!

Absolutely. Im introducing poses one by one. I plan to do a video class in the near future specifically for beginners.
