Incorporating Strongman Training
Strongman is so much fun. I call it a mix between powerlifting and CrossFit. A yoke is made mostly to walk with. But recent knee problems may keep me from that for a bit. Doing squats with it is super safe and you can really go heavy. Only you cant go too deep or you wont be able to get out of the hole.
My Rogue Y1 yoke weighs 185 pounds by itself.

Absolutely! Im the same way. Its why I have many decades of stuff accumulated. And Ive gotten rid of possibly the same amount to replace.

I need to get more organised and sort out my space but seeing other peoples setups and routines is always motivating!
