God of the Goddess

The pose is actually called Goddess pose, but Im slightly uncomfortable with that as a man. So I call it God of the Goddess. In Sanskrit, it is Utkata Konasana.
This goal of this pose is strength in quadriceps and gluteus medius. You can hold statically for 5-10 breaths and repeat. Some styles would bounce in this pose. Whatever suits you is fine.
