I cannot touch my toes!
This is what I hear people say who resist trying yoga. But I actually hear many yoga teachers say this when they started too. A forward fold is the most natural and meaningful of poses in yoga. For some, it may mean leaning forward with their hands on their thighs. Or you may fold with knees bent. Whatever shape we make, it feels good and is helpful. And over time, it gets deeper. I promise.
