Most popular nudists?
It strikes me that the "Most popular nudists" feature on the home page presents kind of a self-fulfilling prophecy. The ones who are there will tend always to be there. Obviously, they are people who are popular to start with (I know that PiPearl will always be much beloved, whatever happens). But then, people will tend to visit them BECAUSE they're there.
That said, does anybody happen to know how the members features on the home page--the one there when you open it--are chosen? There is some variety there. Could it be anybody at all, or does one have to achieve some number of visits/friends/photos in album or whatever?
Personaly I would like to see it removed from the front page. I have found that most of the woman shown as most popular are actually phony profiles with pictures from various porn websites. This provides no meaningful purpous to being a true nudist. I'd much rather see new nudist listed.

Uhm, they've got the newly certified.
I discovered, that feature seems to have a quick turnaround. The woman who got me to join TN in the first place (she's a fellow art model, has been involved with me in some photo and film projects and, like me, seems very curious to explore new ways of getting out of one's clothes, and new things to do that way)--when I did join and get certified, I was surprised that she wasn't certified. When I asked her why, she said she simply doesn't have a camera.
We went to New York together for a nude photo project. She asked me to bring my camera, and while we were there, we found a quiet corner during a break. We scrawled her necessary sign on a scrap of paper, and I took her clothed and naked pair.
I was happy to see that a couple of days later, she was certified.
But I myself didn't get on for a couple of days. So somehow, I missed the front page announcement. Not that important, I suppose. As her Friend, I have full access to her profile. But since I helped it to happen, it would have been nice to see it.
