Curious: What is your lifting vs yoga frequency?
I really enjoy both lifting and yoga. I think that they complement each other very well. I'm just curious though, how frequently do most folks in here lift a week and how many times a week do you do yoga? When I'm sticking to my routine, I'm typically lifting 5x a week (different muscle group each day) with yoga only 1 or 2x (generally full body strength routines, sometimes more restorative ones).

Great question. I teach yoga and take a class one or two days a week. Otherwise Im stretching or doing more Yin style yoga almost every day. I lift 4-5 days a week with CrossFit, powerlifting, and Olympic lifts. I do a lot of other things too.
