Interesting. What difference does it make if you wear that versus a woman wearing a dress going commando? Or a traditional Scot in a kilt? I wonder how charges would hold up in a hypothetical situation of being arrested because someone reported "a man walking around with no pants." I'd claim sexual discrimination and mention a woman who wears nothing but a long dress. Its not your fault people have a dirty mind and go beyond what they see. extrapolating all sorts of sordid scenarios. Maybe they need to get naked and live a little? Yeah, its a bit unorthodox in some areas, but what is illegal here?
One difference is that men have parts that may dangle below the hem and women don't.
I would go to my waxer completely nude as well but she is in a business park and have others who use other rooms of same business. She wouldnt care if I needed to use restroom downstairs and walk through nude if there werent others in the building.
