Reaching 60

I became 60 in June and instead of having a fear of reaching this landmark , I decided to embrace it , I've also discovered that here in the UK there are many benefits too, my eye tests , and prescriptions are now free and as I live in Greater London I get whats called " an over 60 oyster card, " I can travel for free on trains buses , trams and trains in the Greater London area after 9.30am Monday to Friday and anytime at the weekend, a wonderful gift, , so becoming a senior isn't all bad news
