RE:Separating social nudity from sexual nudity

Separating social nudity from sexual nudityHow does one actually achieve the above? In the time we all live we've all grown up from youth in clothes. Here in the UK the Government made it law as far back as 1942 that everyone must wear clothes. Now generations have grown up in clothes and all my life I've seen couples changing partners and going about their lives doing as they please, no marriage just their own loose conduct, but its okay because millions do that sort of thing and its normal, but being naked especially if or where someone can see you either in or outside your home and then people say you are indecent? Who has the damn right to say that anybody in the nude is indecent! We're all created the same, male and female, and once your used to being around people naked, there really is no sexuality. Its just another experience that people don't have because its been taken away from them, so they think the human body is for sexual gratification only and must be falsely covered over at all other times, and if anyone see's you, heaven forbid, your indecent.I have read elsewhere that simple nudity in public is legal in the UK. but often not socially acceptable.

You are right, basic nudity is permitted under Law in the UK, it is easy enough to research the information and print it off. If you are nude in your own garden and the neighbour tries to get you arrested for indecency, they can't, as they would have to prove that you were being indecent, the cops can't just take their word for it, it has to be proved. So if they said they took pictures of you, they are breaking the law with regards to Invasion if Privacy. If a cop tried to arrest you in indecency charges, he would be laughed out of court.

As long as you are not flaunting yourself, as in waving your penis about or touching yourself inappropriately (other than scratching an itch in the groin area), there is NOTHING you can be arrested for.

RE:Separating social nudity from sexual nudity

Who says I'm always rejected? This "guilty until proven innocent" thinking regarding single men is killing nudism in the US. It even applies to single dads at family resorts. Who would think that a single parent with two grade school kids has any time to focus on anything or anybody else?ErrYou do.You dont judge people unless they disagree with you.And the, its my boner and Ill show it off if I want to is exactly the attitude that is destroying it for the guys who just want to enjoy nudism.I know youll never admit to being in the wrong on this. Its just your nature.

What is it with you two ? You can't treat someone else's comment with respect, but you are fast enough to put them down, just because you don't agree with their words ! Point of fact here, you two are not the bloody experts on nudism and everything related to it. You always see only the negative side to anything that is said on any forum comment.

Stoneandy's forum comments are more honest than anything you two come out with, he's giving a valid point of view, whereas you two are, as always giving a negative crappy attitude to something you don't agree with.

RE:Separating social nudity from sexual nudity

If someone sees you naked its not the fault of god or the witness. Its always entirely the fault of the naked person. The naked person has no control over how the witness will react regardless of that naked persons intention is. There is no argument here, being naked in a place where nudity is not accepted is not a social norm.Nudists know this thats why nudist spaces like resorts, clubs and beaches exist.Every time I read a post saying something like my neighbour is totally fine with my being naked in my garden. she even invited me over for coffee I tend to think that person is living in a fantasy world rather than this one.

If you two are so clever of the Law on nudity, then you should know that it's legal for basic nudity in the UK, as long as you are not doing anything crude or illegal, such as masturbation, you are perfectly fine and within your rights to be naked. It does not have to be a nudist beach or resort either. If someone reacts all OTT then they are the problem, not the nudist.

Your so called advice is WRONG ! How would you know that someone's neighbour isn't totally fine with their nudity, were or are you there to make that decision or are you assuming you are yet again correct, when you are not ?

RE:Separating social nudity from sexual nudity

Im not wrong David.I am a naturist, and I practice nudism as much as I can. But I make damn sure I dont involve anyone else who doesnt share my lifestyle. My neighbours dont call the police on me being legally naked because I chose not to involve them.

David is NOT wrong, YOU are !

He proved his point in the comments above yours, so you don't have a legal leg to stand on ! Just because others don't share your lifestyle, doesn't make you being naked in your own garden illegal. You are just being a prude from your own words.

Granted, your neighbours might not want to see you naked, but if they did, there is sweet FA they can do about it, you just hate being proved wrong, you can't admit defeat.

Well you are untitled to your thoughts and its of no consequence to me whether you believe anything or not.
My neighbour is an older, single woman and we have struck up and very good friendship. Yes she knows Im nude in summer, why wouldnt I be ? And yes she has invited me several times to swim naked in her pool.
So not everyone lives in a fantasy world as you suggest and why does it matter if they do ?

With regards to the original post, surely theres a time and a place. If Im nude at the beach or on a nudist zone then Im with likeminded people going about our days. I wouldnt walk down the high street naked, its called common decency and respect.
Could use some of that on this site at times.

why does it matter if they do?

Ask David, he hasnt found nudist neighbour nirvana like you have claimed.

And because of all the fantasists who post their nudity in front of the neighbours stories.
He is victim of the and why does it matter if they do where they think neighbours will be fine with nudity. When the opposite is so obviously true for him.

Im not gullible enough to think, it doesnt mater if they do, because fantasy stories harm nudism rather than promote it.

Can you not see that?

More than one of my neighbors is aware that I prefer to be nude in my back yard and even though I have a privacy fence they might catch a glimpse under certain circumstances, or before I had the fence, if thier back light was on and mine was not after sunset.
