There are things about it being better to not use animal products

Eating meat and animal products involves intrusive violence, to animals used along with some to workers there. We really don't need the things from animals, it is terrible to keep up use of them, with our demand for those. Not all ways for avoiding animal products are healthy. Studies definitively show the way with good variety and avoiding processed items for food is so healthy, with being sure to get needed vitamins. Cancers, heart attacks, and strokes can be avoided if people are eating this right way. There are places in the world those problems do not happen.
