Low Energy

I became unwell when Covid hit the UK in March 2020, I was unwell for approximately two weeks when I recovered my energy levels were low f a lot of things weren't the same , Id lost interest in many things including " romance " any task like going to the supermarket or hoovering the apartment left me exhausted, I gradually accepted the fact that I'd been beaten by Covid and that my age meant it was basically game over on a lot of fronts , I went on holiday to Gran Canaria in March and felt really unwell, and passing blood ( sorry to be so gross ) the Dr took samples of my blood and referred me to hospital for a colonoscopy which thankfully showed negative for cancer , the blood tests showed I was low on folic acid and I was told to take B12 every day , 5 months on I'm totally changed in the past few days Ive started a thorough tidy and clean of my apartment , have a renewed interest in " dating " and even went for a long walk round some local woods, as well as trips into London ,
I'm writing this because as we get older we can just put everything down to old age and we shouldn't B12 deficiency if unchecked can result in organ failure and even demetia so if you've suddenly developed any loss of energy, please don't ignore it get it checked out , we all deserve to have a full and energetic life when we age ,
