Airbnb guest request

I hosted a guy around my age through Airbnb. I list my place as naturist friendly plus there was a community event he wanted to attend.
I met him for the event and we hit it off gawking at 100s of collector cars. When we got to my place I immediately stripped and he did too. We continued our conversing about life events until late at night.
The next morning while he was packing up I was sitting in the recliner in the guest room. Somehow the topic of having only one testicle came up. His grandfather sired 9 kids using only one. I shared that I too was born with only one. He immediately asked if he could have close look. I was totally comfortable spreading my legs so he could inspect what a ball sack with only one testicle looked like He did not touch, but if he had I would have been fine with that too. Nothing sexual , just an immediate comfort level that simply nudity had provided.
