I'm always naked in my cabin, even on the balcony. I've had the cabin steward walk in on me several times. They apologize, but I tell them it's no problem. After that they are always finding a reason to come into my room.

Sometimes. It depends on if there is another ship docked right next to mine.

That's pretty much me onboard. A couple ports are not at a dock and I still use the balcony nude. Been caught a couple of times by the adjoining cabin, but it was their fault for looking around the partition.

I'm the same usually. On my last cruise, we had a cabana mini-suite. The balcony was extended. It was visible from all the other balconies above so I did not use it naked.
