Yes, here in Pasco county Florida we have several nude living opportunities. Paradise Lakes, Lake Como, and Caliente are three of the communities that are nude living. They are all within 20 miles of my home. Lots of naked people live around here.and some of the communities are naked in the back yard, clothed in the front...the back yards join into a private clubhouse that is clothing optional. Those are all still resorts. The Oasis (across Highway 41 from Paradise Lakes and Lake Como) is one of the communities you describe. There are only 29 houses in the gated community, though. It is about as close to the OP description as I can think of outside of Cap D'Agde or Charco De Palo. No idea if something similar exists in Australia.
