Visiting on Wednesday, December 13th.
I like to start, after my shower, by working my way around the jets in the bade pool, letting them work on my different muscle groups. Once I've done that, I'll choose a hot station (sauna/steam/hot pool) for a session or two, cool down, then repeat the process again starting with the bade pool. I'll do this a few times and incorporate resting on the marble slabs as a part of the cool-down process in one of the cycles.

Jay nailed it. The Bade pool is the jewel in the crown and is, to a large extent, a unique amenity for any Korean spa. Unquestionably it should be where you start your SpaWorld experience after showering. My body tells me when it needs to seek relaxation and nude male bonding time and I respond to that need by making plans for SpaWorld. The steam room and sauna are both excellent amenities too but second fiddle to the Bade pool. One of the first things you will note about it is the combo of water jet intensity and positioning. It ranges from your calf muscles to your groin and lower back. The bodys response is frankly addictive. You can readily see the enjoyment demonstrated by those on either side of you since it is frequently quite filled to capacity. Everyone finds their favorite station in short order and they are keen to return after each break taken.
