Social nudity and exercise

Hi all , perhaps I am jumping the gun before the new year but feeling ready for a fresh start . Having now reached my mid 40s Im ready to get back to health and fitness in a more structured way as my finer slim body now has a few wobbly bits starting .

Is anyone keen to start a fitness or social hang out of likeminded to focus on health , body confidence and new mates ?

For those who are interested in naked yoga check out Brewer Street Yoga, https://www.brewerstreetyoga.com/ as it has a great community, with a strong social aspect to it. There are also other naked yoga classes in London.
