You have a couple of unofficial options. Anclote Key Island is a good place to be nude with discretion. Especially on weekdays. I see other nudists there occasionally. A better option is further South on the North end of Honeymoon Island. Weekdays again are key and use discretion. Nudists frequent both places. North Homeymoon can be reached on foot without a boat. Have a great visit!
