I for one would love to see the day where laws are passed making people just as accountable for their activities online just as they are in real life. Maybe then people will then start to reconsider some of the BS crap they do on the Internet.
While I understand the sentiment, it's neither practical, nor possible.
Internet respects not political boundries, so although laws do exist exactly as you state, in most of the Middle East.....
Unfortunately, the responsibility rests with the site owner/admin to enforce as they see fit.
In some jurisdictions, such as the USA, the law already allows for violations of our other laws, such as threats, copyright, and such, even though some of them are completely unenforcable.
Unless/until site owners and ISP's come down hard on violators, the situation will still be exploited by those with no consideration for their fellow human beings.
today i read through some posts in forums and to me it was so sad to see those who call them selves intelligent nudists swearing , using words that are detrimental to others and all in a negative put others down way.. also posts from some that feel their written word and opinions are the only ones...and no one else counts.. even to perceptions .. if we are to clean up this site as in self policing then PLeASe keep your own de quorum and think before you write and see it from the other persons perspective as well.. then write with out blame and shame...
Time we were mature adults hereand learnt to have respect for others opinions and perceptions...not judgemental self opinionated eeejets...
To NudeIn MA, I agree with your reply to the person who was wishing for a law to stop certain speech on the internet. I was thinking of writing something similar, but you said it very well so I don't need to. You also saved me a lot of time doing all that typing. Thank you.
