My Dad and 2 brothers were all cut, so grew up seeing mostly cut penis , I think a penis does look better with the head exposed. My lady agrees. just saying.

Of course being cut for quite a lot of buses all we know, personally its a preference I have other guys as well here in the UK. Lots of guys are uncut, so as long as they can do okay then thats fine but when they have a really tight skin and cannot pull it back, I find it quite a turnoff
