How to delete

How do I delete this group. I never added it, so my account must have been hacked

If you click the Join Group button on the header it will open a window with a "Yes Leave Group" button.
Your account was probably not hacked. It is fairly easy to accidentally join a group.
I signed up for this group and it took a few weeks to get approved.
