BRALESS MATURE

Bras are uncomfortable and expensive in my larges size, after a couple of wears they are wrecked. so I just don't wear them anymore and a lot more comfortable, AND MY BREASTS HAVE INCREASED IN SIZE

They are not only uncomfortable but are a major contributor to breast cancer!! "Dressed to Kill" is an excellent book on the subject!!

Thanks for the book suggestion I will pitch it to my wife. I cant imagine always wearing a bra I know for me when I have to wear underwear I feel constrained so I imagine bras feel some what similar.

My persistance in nudism has rubbed off a bit on my wife. She went out the other day with no bra on. I was suprised but reassured her she was ok and no one could even tell with what she had on. I think it was a big step in her journey and confidence.

I believe there are similar conclusions regarding briefs. Seems anything constricting blood (and other fluids) is not good. Makes sense. Thanks for sharing.

I was actually just reading how going braless may actually increase the size of your breast so really cool you mentioned that here.
