Roomates in Tampa

I'm renting out a room in my house in Temple Terrace, Tampa FL. You would have a private bedroom and shared bath, and access to kitchen, living room, etc. There is also a lovely enclosed inground pool. Asking $1400, including all utilities and wifi, but I can negotiate on price. Dave
