What is a daring nudist?

Is it someone who risks being seen; goes out of his/her way to be seen; does something daring but also when naked (like skydiving); does something that's only daring if naked (like frying sausages); or is it someone who tells their parents/ spouse/ girlfriend/ boyfriend/ children/ workmates that they are a nudist?
