Need some help
My girlfriend has suffering from a major depressive disorder for months now. She has shut everyone out
Can anyone who does or has suffered from depression explain to me, talk with me about why? I have spoken to others on those helpline but I would like to hear from someone who has first hand expeirance as being depressed or someone who has a loved one who is depressed ans how they handle it and what I can do for her. I di text her that I am thinking about her, that I love her, that I'm holding her hand or that here fie her. She rarely texts back and won't answer the phone
