I'm beginning my journey of getting back into shape. Would appreciate anyone would like to maybe plan workouts with me and help with motivation.
That's awesome! There are free resources online, including apps, that you can use to create a plan. For example, JEFIT lets you use plans created by other users or create one yourself based on what you want to do. However, there are others out there. It will take some experimentation to find an app/resource and routine that works for you. Good luck!
