That really sucks that happened to you. I have a contact on this website who also posts her nude photos on Redditt. Essentially, she strips nude at famous landmarks and has her husband take photos of her and then posts them on her sub-Redditt. Nothing wrong with that in my opinion. Nevertheless, I know she did a "photoshoot," there at the Great Salt Lake/area. I often wonder if the reason she can get away with doing these "stealth" photoshoots is because she is a woman. I mean, she has posted nude photos of herself in downtown Tucson with running cars in the background! There is such a double-standard out there - enacted by both women and men against men who are nude out in public - doing nothing lewd/sexual or otherwise harmful. I truly hope you were successful in fighting this in court.
Unfortunately the legal system is stacked "against" the everyday citizen. I had a very similar issue not to long ago in the Seattle area. If you haven't yet agreed to pay the fine, I would highly suggest finding a lawyer, they have legal ability and access into the court systems to help the everday citizen weed thru the red tape. It cost me $3500 one time payment and took a year to have it dismissed!! Worth every penny in my opinion
Was caught last Saturday, along with 3000 others naked doing a nude winter solstice swim .... haha. Probably doesn't count. But there were lots of onlookers including my partner who enjoyed the parade, there were some funny sights. Lots of people doing some interesting stretching before & after the swim apparently.
