Pirate's Cove near San Luis Obispo, CA. The hike down to the beach is a little steep in some spots. It has been a popular spot for nudists for many decades. Be sure to check out smugglers cave. It is a small tunnel through the hillside near the beach that takes you to this beautiful view of the beach. It is really a nice little beach. There is also hiking that you can do in the area too.

Now that I have been to Haulover, that is my favorite.
Happy Bay in St Martin. Never crowded, the sand has a nice feel to it, there are some shady spots available, and it's comfortably warm even in December. It's also less windy and less likely to have seaweed washing up than Orient Beach on the other side of the island.
Of course, I reccommend Haulover Beach. Very stable place for nudists, located near Miami, Florida, USA.
In Europe:
Near Den Haag, Netherlands, there is Scheveningen North Beach, saw some larger groups of nudists there even though I did not get nude there as it was a clothing-optional beach there at the time I visited.
ILLE Levant off VAR Department, PACA, Southeastern region of France, is prolific for nudists near the Heliopolis and other beaches for nudists there. I was in the area in 2022. Some of the other beaches also historically had some nudists nearby in the coastal cities, all depending on the city and town and beach in specific areas.
